Transit Transfer Operations:

• Obtaining import documents and arranging endorsements for the bill of lading if required.
• Receiving the Ordino.
• Conducting a survey of the goods if there are doubts or requests before drafting the customs entry declaration.
• Preparing reports for any shortages, damages, or errors and informing the relevant parties.
• Calculating dues, making deposits or guarantees, and filing objections if necessary.
• Transporting the goods to the designated location specified by the company and delivering them to authorized personnel.
• Ensuring the timely arrival of goods and maintaining communication with carriers when needed.
• Carrying out transit and fictitious bonded warehouse operations.
• Delivering transfer declarations and accompanying letters to the Bonded Warehouse or Free Zone Directorate as quickly as possible.
• Preparing the Free Zone Transaction Form and Preliminary Status Certificates, and completing entry and exit procedures.
• Handling all other necessary operations not mentioned above to ensure the timely and accurate completion of transfer processes.
